The Strategic Advisory Board for Intellectual Property (SABIP) admitted that it’s difficult to change the attitude and on the other hand the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) said that they are not the ones who should police the web.
Intellectual Property Minister David Lammy state: “This is not an issue confined by national boundaries and I am sure that other [EU] member states and their copyright industries will find this report of use in the development of policy.”
These seven millions of people are not only student, they are all kind of people and many of them don’t even know that the action performed by them is illegal.
